Why we exist
We exist to connect KIDS to God, one another, and their world in Christ. We desire to see transformed kids impacting the world around them out of an overflow of their personal relationship with Jesus!

Stories of impact
When Covid hit, I relied on God’s guidance and inspiration as Kidzone pivoted quickly to online ministry. It was both challenging and exciting to learn how to create, film, and edit videos, and how to navigate Zoom. A highlight of my summer was leading Kidzone Konnection—biweekly, half-hour Zoom meetings that provided a safe and loving space for our kids to connect with each other. We built a supportive community, and best of all, we had FUN!
“Having the KidZone lunchtime stories during the COVID-19 pandemic this past Spring and Summer was such a blessing to our family. It was an opportunity to connect with Pastor Shauna and other families at a time when we were all trying to stay home and stay safe. Our time together online gave us the chance to see many bright smiles, give simple hellos and personally greet the kids by name- it brought smiles to our faces.
“When my daughter first joined Kidzone on Sundays, I was touched by the warm welcome and friendliness of Pastor Shauna, and the volunteers. They really made a difference! As a parent, it was also very special to see the love and enthusiasm of the volunteers and staff as they cheered and gave gifts to my daughter during the Gr. 5 Drive-Thru Graduation. The personal touches to the gifts meant a lot! Thank you for all you do, and for the prayers and love that you shower on the kids!”
“Through Kidzone at the bridge, my son Jake has learned more about God. Jake has a heart for God and prays now. When the pandemic started in March 2020, I continued to do daily devotions with him at home, and he continued to engage in Kidzone Online. Then, one day in April, I explained to him more about what it means to follow Jesus and asked if he wanted to accept Jesus as his Saviour. By God’s grace, Jake accepted to follow Jesus!”
Here are some prayer requests from the Kidzone team for the new year of ministry.
Please pray that our kids would continue to connect and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus during this time of online ministry and with each other through our Kidzone Konnection group times.
Please pray for our volunteers and leaders as they serve and seek wisdom for how God is leading us to best minister to our kids and their families.
Please pray for the parents of our kids: that they would be strengthened each new day and led by the power of the Holy Spirit in discipling their kids in their faith journey at home.
